This is my storyboard which details all the shots we will be filming on the day. It is important to have a storyboard so we know what shots and scenes we are filming and to keep us organised. Whilst on the location we will be under a lot of pressure and time constraints. The director and producer will take the storyboards on location and tick off the shots once all they have been filmed.

These are the job roles that everyone will be doing on the day it is important to have this so everyone knows what they need to do on the day. We discussed and allocated roles depending on everyone's preference and what they maybe comfortable doing. Me and Lola volunteered to act because we know we work well together when we're acting as we have starred on a music video for another task.

This is our release form it is important to have these to check that everyone is happy to be in the film trailer and to act on screen.

These are risk assessments it is important to have this to know what our risks our when we are filming on our locations and how we can manage those risks to keep all the actors safe.

This is our props and costumes list. We have this so we know what props and costumes we need for our film trailer and where we are going to source them from. The teachers have ordered the cloaks and the candles for us which we will use in the scene where we are huddled in a dark room. We are going to take a 360 degree shot from above the cloaked characters using a dolly. The red -eye look will be added in post-production.
