In the trailer I'm using there is some suspenseful and dramatic music in the film it is Bella and Edwards wedding and I feel the music gets louder when Jacob drops the invitation for the wedding on the floor and transforms into his wolf form as Jacob is annoyed and jealous that Edward and Bella are getting married and does not want to attend the wedding and runs away.
